When purchasing digital products from Athena, including PDF downloads and online materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend you review these carefully before making a purchase.

Payment & Refund Policy

All transactions for the purchase of digital products such as PDF downloads, resource materials, and online content are processed securely through payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe, which utilize SSL encryption. These gateways ensure that your credit card and debit card information is safe and secure during the transaction process. No payment details are stored by from Athena.

Once you download or open a digital product, it is considered “used,” and as such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing the transaction.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the link to your purchased digital product, please contact us at withlove@fromathena.com with your payment details. We will ensure the product is delivered promptly.

Returns Policy for Physical Goods

Conditions for Returns

For non-digital goods, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Goods

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Custom-made or personalized goods.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

• Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion, especially if the goods do not meet the conditions listed above.

Returning Goods

If your return meets the conditions stated above, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Please email withlove@fromathena.com to describe your issue and request a return authorization for company credit, exchange, or refund, which will be determined at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We cannot issue a refund or exchange without receiving the goods or valid proof of their return.
